Xiao Bei is Going 3 Years Old

Dear readers of Xiao Bei’s Blog,
Xiao Bei is going 3 years old next month, July 2008. Thinking back, the path has not been easy and we have really gone a long way since. Nobody would have thought we will be able to last more than a year, not to mention three.

But here we are, standing strong amidst the forever rising costs (especially raw material costs), strong competition, staff issues…and the list goes on.
In celebration of our 3rd year anniversary, we have lined up a few things
- our very own website http://www.sgxiaobei.com “The Xiao Bei Story…Behind the Scenes” (created by me, Materials Director Poh Heng) for a more informal style, more behind the scene stories and timely updates.
- 2 new items from Taiwan on the menu - Taiwan Chicken Cutlet and Taiwan Sweet Potato Balls
- a mini-bash? Still under planning by our Sales and Marketing Director….hey Boon Kiat, hurry up, everybody is waiting
- a video clip in youtube (done by our HR Director Chee Hau) - available in later posts
- series of promotion and discounts (stay tuned for updates)
Time is appropriate for us to look back on the founding of Xiao Bei, untold stories, photos and many more in later posts so stay tuned and you may find yourself in our blogs.
